ANCHOR STUDY / HRA Add-In

Second Opinion™ Professional ANCHOR/HRA add-in is a complete Anoscopy documentation system. The Annotation Manager is the heart of our solution. It gives the user the ability to graphically draw lesions and easily fill in a property sheet that contains all of the associated data. If a biopsy was taken during the exam, its location is drawn graphically and it too includes a property sheet that contains all of the associated data elements. The biopsy is then automatically linked to the lesion.

Most of the included exam forms require the drawing of lesions on an Anoscopy exam position diagram. The ability to document lesion and biopsy locations graphically, is included with the forms. Images of these diagrams can be saved separately so they can be easily imported into the Patient's EMR or other third party system. All of the forms and diagrams contained in a Patient's folder are visible within the Annotation Manager making it easy to track the monitoring or treatment of lesions over time.

There are four different exam positions included; Right Lateral, Left Lateral, Lithotomy and Posterior or Knee Chest.
