Free technical support is available for each product or upgrade for 30 days from the first call to Customer Support.
The following support options are available:
♦ Knowledge Base - Answers to specific issues.
♦ Frequently Asked Questions - Answers to common questions.
♦ Documentation - Copies of our product manuals.
♦ Download - Get new or updated software.
A Support Agreement is available to end users who wish to receive technical support and version upgrades for a year.
Support Agreement also includes:
♦ Unlimited technical support (either by phone, fax, or email) for 12 months from the date of purchase
♦ Version upgrades (released periodically through the year)
♦ Maintenance upgrades
Telephone support after the initial 30 days is available at the rate of $125 per hour for both on and off-line support, billed in fifteen minute increments.
